Hello *|FNAME|*,

The end of the financial year is near. If you need any new tech equipment remember the $20,000 instant asset write off. Small businesses with an aggregated turnover of less than $10 million will be able to immediately deduct the full cost of any IT asset purchased until 30 June 2024. Visit www.ato.gov.au for more information.

This month we are discussing:

  • Ways that SMB's can leverage Copilot in M365.
  • Tips on how to spot malicious website URL's.
  • MS Recall – Microsoft’s New AI Feature.
  • The top acronyms in technology.

I may seem to harp on about security a lot but I don't like seeing and hearing about businesses who have had their computers or cloud accounts compromised. A lot of people think it won't happen to them and / or no one would target them, this makes them easy targets as hackers don't care who you are. A lot of so called "hackers' just know the basics so look for these easier targets. Remember if you do get hit then there is the loss of customer confidence, stress, possible privacy implication as well as the large cost of remediation. If you need to give your security a boost let me know.

I'll be in Sydney at the end of June and possibly in Melbourne in July. If you would like to meet up, let me know.

If you need help with any or all of these areas please let me know.
